Accepted payments may include:

If a product is mistakenly priced, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of natural oil products, we only accept returns for damaged, leaked, or incorrect items.

• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Photo or video proof is required.

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
